Did you know that 97% of 80% of companies pay for awards? Well, if you did, that’s amazing because we made up that stat. What we’re not making up is that companies pay for awards. Redundant much? Yes. Effective? You decide. The next time you see a Best in Class, or Top Rated award in your company, ask yourself, is it legitimate? Chances are, it isn’t.
Enter, Arbitrary Awards. Born out of the disillusionment witnessed in the workplace at how awards weren’t merit-based but were bought by the company dollar, we decided to make our own awards that you don’t have to pay for…unless, of course, you want to.
